748. Haglund's deformity/Heel bumps

หญิง 57 ปี ปวดส้นเท้าซ้าย 2 เดือน รับประทานยาดีขึ้นชั่วคราว ตรวจพบมี Prominent bone over the back of the heel คิดถึงอะไร จะให้การรักษาอย่างไร

Haglund's deformity of the calcaneus and associated insertional Achilles tendinosis and pre-Achilles bursitis. Lateral radiograph of the ankle shows prominence of the posterosuperior calcaneal tuberosity consistent with a Haglund deformity (star). A large spur is present at the insertion of the Achilles tendon, a finding that does not bear a consistent relation to insertional tendinosis. Thickening of the soft tissues is present in the region of the distal Achilles tendon (arrows) owing to a combination of Achilles tendon enlargement and adjacent bursitis. Small calcifications in the distal Achilles tendon are present related to insertional tendinosis
