หญิง 56 ปีมีแผลเรื้อรังที่เท้าขวา จึงส่งฟิล์มแต่พบดังนี้ บริเวณลูกศรชี้คืออะไร จะให้การรักษาอย่างไร

Heel spur (calcaneal spur )

ในผู้ป่วยที่เป็น plantar fasciitis พบว่าประมาณ 70% จะมี  heel spur

ปัจจัยเสี่ยง: พบมากในผู้ที่มีอายุ 40 ปีขึ้นไป สัมพันธ์กับ osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, poor circulation of the blood  รวมทั้ง degenerative diseases โดยผู้หญิงและผู้ชายมีโอกาสเป็นเท่าๆกัน
