ข้อบ่งชี้ของ Streptokinase

STEMI หรือ New left bundle branch block (LBBB) ที่เกิดอาการภายใน 12 ชั่วโมงโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งภายใน 3 ชั่วโมง ที่เกิดอาการจะให้ผลดีที่สุด บางแนวทางให้ในเวลาน้อยกว่า 6 ชม.และผู้ป่วยมีอายุน้อยกว่า 75 ปีเป็น Class I แต่ถ้าผู้ป่วยมีอายุ 75 ปีหรือมากกว่าเป็น Class IIa

ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่ต้องระวัง

-Ischaemic complications
-Mechanical complications
Left ventricular dysfunction and heart failure
Ventricular septal rupture and free wall rupture
Acute mitral regurgitation
Left ventricular aneurysm
Right ventricular failure
Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction
-Arrhythmias
-Thrombosis and embolic complications
-Pericarditis
