dLactate dehydrogenase (LDH) คืออะไร มีประโยชน์ในทางการแพทย์อย่างไรบ้าง
เป็นเอ็นไซม์ที่เร่งการเปลี่ยนแบบกลับไปกลับมาของ Lactic และ Pyruvic acids พบได้ในเนื้อเยื่อทุกชนิดของร่างกาย โดยจะพบอยู่ในเนื้อเยื่อด้วยความเข้มข้นสูงกว่าในซีรั่ม เราจึงใช้ประโยชน์ในการติดตามดูการเกิดการทำลายของเนื้อเยื่อ ซึ่งจะทำให้มี LDH ในซีรั่มสูงขึ้น และใช้ร่วมกับเอ็มไซม์ตัวอื่นเพื่อช่วยติดตามดูว่าเนื้อเยื่อส่วนไหนที่ถูกทำลาย
LDH พบสูงขึ้นใน
-Cerebrovascular accident (CVA, stroke) -Drugs: anesthetics, aspirin, narcotics, procainamides, alcohol
-Hemolytic anemias Pernicious anemias (megaloblastic anemais)
-Infectious mononucleosis (Mono)
-Intestinal and pulmonary infarction
-Kidney disease
-Liver disease
-Muscular dystrophy Pancreatitis
-Lymphoma or other cancers
และตรวจใน body fluid ช่วยบอกว่าเป็น transudate หรือ exudates
