อ่านเท่าที่เห็นในสองภาพนะครับ: เป็น CT abdomen ที่มีการฉีดสาร contrast พบ: Hypodensity lesion and mild dilatation of intrahepatic duct peripheral with capsule invation at segment 6-7, Can not rule out peripheral cholangiocarcinoma
ภาพซ้ายอยู่ที่ระดับ right portal vein / ภาพขวาอยู่ที่ระดับ splenic vein

ดู CT ไม่ค่อยเป็นครับ ขอเดา..
ตอบลบภาพที่ 1 น่าจะ non-contrast แต่ทำไมเขียน +C หรือฉีดไปแล้วแต่ contrast ยังเข้า target ไม่พอ งง??
ภาพที่ 2 เหมือน contrast ไม่เข้าไปใน lesion แสดงว่า เลือดน่าจะเข้าไปเลี้ยงได้ไม่้ดี ไม่น่าเป็น tumour R/o Abscess
มี ascites ด้วย
DDx Melioidosis.. cholangioCA ??
