ถ้ามี film เก่าเทียบก็คงดี ไม่แน่ใจว่ามี old TB เดิมที่ upper lung หรือมี cavity อยู่เดิมหรือไม่//ตรง Rib 5-7th เหมือนมี honey comb appearance
