353. Cervical cancer with liver metastasis

หญิง 43 ปี CA cervix กำลังให้ Chemotherapy เหนื่อยง่าย แน่นท้อง, CXR เป็นดังนี้ คิดถึงอะไรได้บ้าง

CXR พบมีการยกสูงขึ้นของกระบังลมข้างขวา จึงทำ U/S ต่อ พบ Hepatomegaly with generalize multiple hyperechoic lesion with varies in size ซึ่งคง R/O metastasis ไม่ได้
เพิ่มเติม: ตำแหน่งที่ Cervical cancer มักกระจายไปได้แก่ extrapelvic lymph nodes, liver, lung และ bone
