158. EKG: Right atrial enlargement/ Right ventricular hypertrophy

หญิง 32 ปี CXR มี cardiomegaly, EKG มี chamber ใดโตบ้าง
Right atrial hypertrophy เนื่องจากP wave ใน lead II สูงกว่า 2.5 mm
Right ventricular hypertrophy เนื่องจาก Right axis deviation (>90 degrees) และR>S in lead V1,V2 หรือ tall R
