117. Multidrug resistance tuberculosis (MDR TB)

ชาย 40 ปี เคยเป็น Pulmonary TB มา 2 ครั้งรักษาหายแล้ว ตอนนี้มีไข้ ไอ อ่อนเพลียอีก ผล Sputum AFB 1+ , CXR และ ผล TB culture ดังข้างล่าง จะDx ว่าอะไร รักษาอย่างไร



New definition of XDR-TB (WHO/CDC October 2006 )
•At least resistant to INH and RMP and
•Resistant to any one of fluoroquinolones
•( ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin)
•Resistant ot one or more of the following injectable drugs : kanamycin, amikacin, capreomycin
