Fatty liver
Heavy alcohol use can lead to fatty liver and inflammation, usually called alcoholic hepatitis. Steatohepatitis resembles alcoholic hepatitis, but it can and does occur in people who seldom or never drink alcohol. In this instance, it is often called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis or NASH. -ส่วนการมี bilirubin และ transaminase enzyme ก็อาจพบร่วมได้เนื่องจากยังมี hepatocyte injury จากการที่ผู้ป่วยยังดื่มเครืองดื่มอัลกอฮอล์อยู่ และการที่มี elevated right diaphragm จาก CXR น่าจะเป็นจากการมี hetatomegaly เพราะ fatty liver มักมีตับโตดังภาพ
mixed pattern (hepatitis + cholestasis) + Reverse A-G ratio + low chol = Cirrhosis
